Join Simone Muscat, APA Titled Physiotherapist, as she delves into the anatomy and biomechanics of a pole dancer’s shoulder! This 1.5 hour face to face workshop will be jam-packed covering:

  • Shoulder Anatomy
  • Shoulder mechanics and cueing for pole dance
  • Shoulder injury prevention (risk reduction) in pole dancers
  • Pole dance specific shoulder strengthening

About the workshop:

This 1.5-hour face to face workshop will be filled with theoretical and practical knowledge bombs to help all levels of pole dancer ‘unleash their pole-tential’.

Participants are not required to participant in practical components if they are unable (i.e injury etc).

This workshop is only available face to face. No recordings will be available.

Meet Simone:

Simone is the owner & founder of The Pole Physio Australia (@thepole.physio), pole dancer, APA Titled Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning coach. After feeling frustrated & fed up with the number of injuries and the lack of easily accessible evidence based information for the pole community, Simone created the The Pole Physio to address this knowledge gap. After working with pole dancers and professional athletes for many years, Simone has developed a strong passion and love for treating shoulder injuries that she can't wait to share with you all!
